David Kopplin

Director

David is knowledgeable of all areas of a transaction and deal execution. David has over three decades of experience spanning investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, and strategic growth initiatives. His transactional experience spans many industries with transactions ranging from multi-billion-dollar capital projects to middle market transactions.

Prior to joining ClearRidge, he held senior leadership roles at Groce, Rose, & Moore, Taylor Advisory, H&E Equipment Services, and Enable Midstream Partners.  In addition to his corporate experience, David holds a senior finance position at the University of North Carolina System.

David is a graduate of Western Illinois University, with a Masters’ in Business Administration, and holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Forest Management.

David is married and has two adult children and is active in his church. David loves to hike and kayak, and he is an avid runner, having completed nine marathons. David is passionate about health and fitness, and is a self-directed investor focused on technical analysis and portfolio management.
