Mindi is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years’ experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Treasury Manager in various industries including aerospace, manufacturing, energy and higher education with companies ranging from midsized private companies to large public companies. Mindi has worked for ClearRidge clients for many years and has extensive experience in financial modeling, analysis and due diligence. Her strengths are in financial accounting, budgeting, strategy, analysis, policy and procedure development. She has experience across the leading accounting and ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, SAP ERP, Microsoft FRX and COGNOS, as well as QuickBooks.

Mindi graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA in Accounting and has continued her professional development and education as an active member of her local IMA chapter. At ClearRidge, Mindi leads financial reporting and M&A due diligence assignments.

Mindi and her husband, Jared, have 3 children and live in the Tulsa area. They enjoy traveling with friends and family during their free time. Mindi is always looking for a new adventure and loves to hear about new experiences.
